The portfolio is divided into five academic sections which are:
Professional Folio: elements include my professional goals, my educational philosophy statement, my resume/vita and other relevant professional experiences.
Learner Folio: elements include my required class work and projects grouped in five major areas including: Policy/Politics, Leadership, Organizational Theory, Management Science, and Research Methodology and Statistics.
Expert Folio: elements include field service artifacts in at least three of the following areas: in-service workshops, consultations, teaching applications, public information writing, professional/community participation, background and briefing materials, legislative products, funding proposal or application paper, political interest map.
Scholar Folio: elements include supplemental required reading, research articles/reviews, research reviews/synthesis paper, assessment/evaluation instruments, qualitative and quantitative data analysis/synthesis papers/reports, dissertation plan of action and or research conceptual framework.
Personal Folio: elements include information about my family, my interests, hobbies, travel, personal beliefs and goals.
